Project Overview
555 Collins is a modern office building located near Southern Cross Station within the Melbourne CBD.
Drac Mechanical was engaged by Prime Electrical to design, supply, install and commission the standby power generation system.
The project consists of two 2500kVA standby generators installed within an acoustically treated plantroom on level 35 of the building. Drac also designed and installed a fuel reticulation system consisting of a 25,000L bulk storage tank, the automated fuel control system and a generator master control system.
