Having worked within the power generation sector for over 25 years, I have a good understanding of the economic and commercial realities of the market. My commercial and technical experience provide a wealth of knowledge to the team around both the areas of business development and corporate finance.

Construction Manager
An A Grade electrician by trade, I head up the construction and production teams at Drac. I am a highly motivated leader with a keen focus on protecting the interests of our company, customers and the culture here at Drac.
Nick Di Orio
Project Coordinator
As a proud member of the Drac Team, Nick has multiple years’ experience coordinating the fabrication and installation of Acoustic Generator Enclosures and complete Generator Plantroom installations. He provides a strong focus on building customer relations to deliver projects to meet customer expectations and project requirements.
Chris Dracoulas
Managing Director
Skilled in mechanical design, fabrication and installation with a focus on team building and business development. I head up the team at Drac and take responsibility for team management, strategic business development and company growth pathways.

Office Manager
An office manager with many years of experience, Laura keeps Drac's office based functions operating efficiently.
Jarred Edgecombe
Electrical Services Coordinator
Electrician by trade with an Oil and Gas background. Many years of experience in the manufacturing of PLC control panels and servicing works. I am a proud member of the Controls Division of Drac, helping ensure the high quality of the manufacture and installation of all Drac Electrical requirements. Based at the Pakenham Office, I tend to day-to-day works of panel builds and assist with the ongoing servicing of generators.
Daniel Grantham
Senior Project Manager
A senior mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience managing projects in the oil and gas industry. My technical and commercial knowledge along with my practical experience allows me to deliver major projects on time and on budget.
Joel Haines
Controls Director
A licensed electrician by trade. Skilled in electrical and control system design and project delivery, I head up the controls division of Drac. I am enthusiastic about team culture and development, customer relations and take pride in delivering projects to a high quality standard.
Justin Hamilton
Controls Manager
An electrical engineer with many years of experience in electrical engineering and automation. I head up the engineering and field operations teams at Drac, Drac’s in-house controls division. I bring a wealth of technical knowledge and industry experience to Drac with a strong focus on team culture and project delivery.
Sally Hay
HSEQ Manager
A senior health, safety, environment and quality professional with 24 years’ experience in the development and implementation of HSEQ management systems. I also manage the Return-to-Work process and report on lead/lag safety indicators for the business.
Michael Hodge
Engineering Manager
A mechanical engineer with a wealth of knowledge in diesel and gas power generation and acoustics. I head up the engineering and design team and ensure all Drac projects are designed and detailed in line with our stringent quality standards.

Fabrication Trade Engineer with many years of experience in the manufacture of industrial enclosures and Switchrooms. I’m a proud member of the Production team that heads up Fabrication works, ensuring a productive work culture and quality workmanship at Traralgon factories.
